You keep the story, photos, and other material you upload. You need the rights to use them.
Credits pay for the work inside Scene Guru. One US dollar buys ten credits. Credits are not cash and are not transferred to another person from the product.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Credits are added when the payment is confirmed. A message in the browser, before that confirmation, does not add credits. The refund rules are on the Refunds page.
A question about your account or your movie: sign in and send it from Help & Support. We reply to your account email.
If you arrived from a partner link, that partner can earn a commission when you buy credits. A coupon does not pay a commission. We pay the partner ourselves. That payment is separate from the card charge.
