Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
A purchase is a credit pack. One US dollar buys ten credits. The packs are 50 credits for $5, 100 for $10, 250 for $25, 500 for $50, and 1000 for $100. Credits pay for making a movie in Scene Guru. They are not cash.
You can ask for a refund within 30 days of the purchase. Credits from that purchase that are still unused can be refunded. If you already spent some of them on a movie, only the unused part of that purchase can be refunded. Credits already spent stay spent.
Scene Guru has no refund button. For the card charge, use the link on your Paddle receipt, or go to paddle.net. Paddle reviews the request and pays an approved refund.
A question about your account or your movie: sign in and send it from Help & Support. We reply to your account email.
When a refund is approved, the unused credits from that purchase are removed from the balance.
